FLORAL OOLONG TEA

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Boil water to 90°C.
2. Use 10g of tea with 200ml of water.
3. Steep the tea for 10-15 minutes.

OOLONG MILK TEA RECIPE:

Ingredients:

• 100ml tea concentrate
• 20g milk powder
• 15g condensed milk
• 15g sugar
• 50g Oolong tea pearls

Preparation:

1. Steep the tea with 200ml of 90°C water for 15 minutes, then strain the tea leaves.
2. Add condensed milk, milk powder, and sugar, and stir until dissolved.
3. Add ice and Oolong tea pearls.
