HOW TO BREW TEA:

• Step 1: Boil water at 98-100 degrees Celsius.
• Step 2: Mix 10g of tea with 200ml of water.
• Step 3: Steep the tea for 15 minutes.

ROASTED OOLONG MILK TEA:

PREPARE INGREDIENTS:

• 100ml tea essence
• 20gr milk powder
• 10gr condensed milk
• 15g sugar

HOW TO MIX:

• Step 1: Steep the tea mixture with 200ml of boiling water for 15 minutes, filter out the tea leaves.
• Step 2: Then add condensed milk, milk powder, sugar and beat until dissolved. Serve with ice and tapioca pearls.
