HOW TO BREW TEA:
- Step 1: Boil water at 90-95 degrees Celsius.
- Step 2: Mix 10g of tea with 200ml of water.
- Step 3: Steep the tea for 15 minutes.

PREPARE INGREDIENTS:
Oolong milk tea:
- 100ml tea essence
- 20gr milk powder
- 15g sugar
- 10gr condensed milk
Purple sweet potato foam:
- 30ml heavy cream
- 15gr purple sweet potato sauce
- 10gr condensed milk
- a little salt
HOW TO MIX:
- Step 1: Steep the tea mixture with 200ml of 90 degree Celsius boiling water for 15 minutes, filter out the tea leaves.
- Step 2: Then add condensed milk, milk powder, sugar and beat until dissolved.
- Step 3: Beat the cream mixture then spread evenly over the surface of the glass.
