HOW TO BREW TEA:
- Step 1: Boil water at 90-95 degrees Celsius.

Oolong milk tea:
- 100ml tea essence
- 20gr milk powder
- 15g condensed milk
- 15g sugar
- 50gr tea pearls
Salted cream:
- 30gr Ice Hot cream
- 10gr condensed milk
- a little salt
HOW TO MIX:
- Step 1: Steep tea with 200ml of boiling water at 90-95 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, filter out tea leaves.
- Step 2: Add condensed milk, milk powder, sugar and beat until dissolved.
- Step 3: Beat the cream mixture.
- Step 4: Add ice and tea pearls.
