Leaves are rolled into small round pellets, making high-temperature water (around 95°C) essential for unlocking their full aroma and flavor.

• Step 2: Awaken the Tea – Add 8-10g of Kim Huyen Oolong Tea (or more to your preference) to the teapot. Pour just enough hot water to cover the tea, then quickly discard this rinse water.
• Step 3: Brew the Tea – Add 200ml of boiling water to the teapot. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour all the tea into a serving pitcher or cups immediately after brewing to avoid over-steeping. Keep the teapot lid slightly open to prevent the tea from steaming. Repeat the process for up to 3-4 infusions depending on the tea quality.
