WHITE OOLONG TEA: DELECATE AND PURE FLAVOR
White Oolong Tea, also known as Pure Oolong, is a unique variety made from the purebred Oolong tea plant. It is grown and produced in the B’Lao region (modern-day Bảo Lộc and Bảo Lâm), located at an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level. These ideal conditions allow the Taiwanese High-Mountain Oolong to thrive. With its exceptional quality and unique flavor, Lâm Đồng Oolong Tea has won the hearts of the Taiwanese market and become a favored product.
METICULOUS PROCESSING TECHNIQUE
White Oolong Tea undergoes an extremely elaborate and strict production process. Creating this tea requires meticulous care from cultivation to processing under the close supervision of Taiwanese experts or seasoned artisans. The production process, which lasts up to 48 hours, involves several steps: harvesting fresh tea leaves, withering, tossing, fermentation, pan-firing, pressing, initial drying, shaping, and final drying. Each stage demands finesse and expertise, as the quality of the fresh tea can vary by season and weather conditions.
FLAVOR CHARACTERISTICS
- Aroma: White Oolong Tea exudes a light, pure fragrance that is not as robust as other Oolong varieties. Its delicate, gentle aroma creates a sense of relaxation and serenity, true to its name.
- Taste: The tea offers a subtle, light taste with a hint of astringency, accompanied by a depth that is hard to describe. The sophistication of White Oolong lies in its simplicity, hiding complex layers of flavors that make each cup a unique experience.
TEA LIQUOR
When brewed, the tea reveals a soft green-yellow hue in the initial infusions. By the second and third infusions, the color deepens to a richer gold, while the aroma and taste become fuller, providing a more profound and complete tea experience.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
White Oolong Tea is made of rolled tea leaves, requiring high water temperatures (around 95°C) to fully unlock its aroma and flavor.
Basic Brewing Steps:
- Warm the teapot and cups – Pour boiling water into the teapot and cups, then discard it.
- Awaken the tea – Add 8-10g of White Oolong Tea (or more to taste) to the teapot. Pour in just enough boiling water to cover the leaves, then discard this rinse.
- Brew the tea – Pour boiling water into the teapot, about 200ml. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew, and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour the brewed tea into a decanter or cups. Open the lid slightly after each brew to prevent the tea from over-steeping. You can enjoy up to 3-4 brews depending on the tea quality.
- Enjoy the tea – Your White Oolong Tea is ready to be savored.
