Oolong Sencha Tea is produced using Japanese technology, bringing the experience of Oolong tea through the lens of Japanese tea culture. Unlike other teas, its production process spans up to 48 hours, requiring meticulous steps: from picking fresh tea leaves, steaming, pressing, pre-drying, shaping, to final drying. Every stage is rigorously monitored and demands the expertise of artisans to precisely adjust timing based on seasonal and weather variations.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Oolong Sencha Tea features flat, pressed leaf strips. To maximize its flavor and aroma, use water heated to around 95°C. Lower temperatures may result in weaker and less flavorful brews.
Basic Steps:
- Warm the teapot and cups: Pour boiling water into the teapot and cups to warm them, then discard the water.
- Awaken the tea: Add 8–10g (or more, depending on your preference) of Oolong Sencha to the teapot. Pour boiling water to cover the tea, then immediately discard this rinse.
- Brew the tea: Pour 200ml of boiling water into the teapot. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour the tea into a sharing pot or directly into cups. Open the lid after pouring to prevent over-steeping.
- Enjoy: Your Oolong Sencha Tea is ready to be savored.
