BREWING GUIDE:
Four Seasons Oolong Tea is rolled into small, round pellets made from tea buds and leaves. To fully unlock its aroma and flavor, use water heated to around 95°C.
Basic Brewing Steps:
- Warm the Teapot and Cups – Pour boiling water into the teapot and cups to warm them, then discard the water.
- Awaken the Tea – Add 8-10g of Four Seasons Oolong Tea (or more, depending on your preference) into the teapot. Pour enough boiling water to cover the tea, then immediately discard this rinse water.
- Brew the Tea – Add approximately 200ml of boiling water to the teapot. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew, and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour all the tea into a serving pitcher or directly into cups. Leave the teapot lid slightly open after pouring to avoid steaming the tea. Repeat this process for 3-4 brews, depending on the tea’s quality.
