BREWING GUIDE:

Jin Xuan Oolong Tea is rolled into small, round pellets made from tea buds and leaves. To fully bring out its flavor and aroma, it requires hot water, around 95°C.

Basic Brewing Steps:

1. Warm the Teapot and Cups – Pour boiling water into the teapot and cups to warm them, then discard the water.
2. Awaken the Tea – Add 8-10g of Premium Jin Xuan Oolong Tea (or more, depending on your taste) into the teapot. Pour enough boiling water to cover the tea, then immediately discard this rinse water.
3. Brew the Tea – Add approximately 200ml of boiling water to the teapot. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew, and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour all the tea into a serving pitcher or directly into cups. Leave the teapot lid slightly ajar after pouring to prevent the tea from steaming. Repeat this process for 3-4 brews, depending on the tea’s quality.
