EXQUISITE PROCESSING:
Harvesting Jasmine Flowers: Jasmine flowers are picked in the midday sun when the buds have not fully bloomed, preserving the most delicate fragrance.
Scenting the Tea: The tea scenting process begins in the evening when the jasmine petals have partially bloomed. The artisans alternate layers of jasmine flowers and tea leaves, allowing the tea to absorb the floral fragrance for one day before discarding the old petals.
Flower Replacement: After removing the old petals, fresh jasmine flowers are added to enhance the fragrance. This process is repeated several times to ensure the best jasmine aroma in the tea.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Jasmine Oolong Tea consists of round tea balls formed by rolled tea buds and leaves. To fully release the tea’s flavor, high-temperature water around 95°C should be used.
Basic Brewing Steps:
- Preheat the Teapot and Cups: Pour boiling water into the teapot, swirl it around, and pour the water into cups to preheat them.
- Awaken the Tea: Add 8-10g of Jasmine Oolong Tea (or more depending on your preference) into the teapot. Pour hot water just enough to cover the tea leaves, then discard this water.
- Brew the Tea: Pour boiling water into the teapot, about 200ml. Steep the tea for 40 seconds for the first brew, and 60 seconds for subsequent brews. Pour the tea into a serving vessel or cups. After pouring all the tea, leave the lid slightly open to avoid over-brewing. You can refill the teapot with hot water for 3-4 brews, each with a different flavor.
