OOLONG TEA OB359: THE ESSENCE FROM THE HIGH MOUNTAINS OF LAM DONG
Oolong tea grown in the B’Lao region (now Bảo Lộc and Bảo Lâm) is a masterpiece of nature, located over 1,000 meters above sea level. The climate and soil here are ideal for the Cao Son Oolong tea plant, a rare variety originally from Taiwan, to thrive. Lam Dong Oolong tea has been recognized by the Taiwanese market and has become a popular product.
EXQUISITE PROCESSING METHOD:
Unlike ordinary teas, Oolong tea requires a complex and delicate process, strictly controlled from cultivation to harvesting and processing. To create perfect tea leaves, it takes 48 continuous hours of meticulous work by skilled tea artisans. The process includes many steps: harvesting fresh leaves, withering, roasting, fermenting, stir-frying, pressing, preliminary drying, shaping, and finally drying completely.
What makes it unique is that there is no fixed formula for each processing stage. Instead, the experience and sensitivity of the artisan are key. Each batch of fresh tea leaves varies in quality due to natural factors, requiring the artisan to adjust the time and method to produce the highest-quality Oolong tea.
CHARACTERISTIC FLAVOR:
B’Lao Oolong tea has a light, fresh fragrance that is captivating. Flavor: The tea has a sweet, delicate taste, with a mild bitterness that transitions into a smooth, lingering sweetness, creating an elegant experience for tea connoisseurs.

HOW TO BREW TEA:
Oolong tea comes in ball-shaped leaves made by rolling the tea buds and leaves together. To brew the tea, you need to use hot water, about 95°C, to bring out its full flavor and aroma.
Basic Brewing Steps:
Step 1: Preheat teapot and cups – Pour boiling water into the teapot, swirl it, and pour the water into the cups to warm them.
Step 2: Wake up the tea – Add 8-10g of Oolong OB359 tea (or more depending on your taste) into the teapot. Then, pour hot water over the tea leaves to cover them and discard the water.
Step 3: Brew the tea – Pour hot water (around 200ml) into the teapot. Steep for 40 seconds for the first brew, and 60 seconds for the subsequent brews. Then pour the tea into a serving vessel or cups. After all the tea has been poured out, slightly open the teapot lid to prevent over-brewing. You can refill the teapot with hot water and continue brewing 3-4 times depending on the type of tea.
